David Fenoglio is an artist based in Brisbane/Meanjin, Australia. A 2011 graduate of Queensland College of Art, David has exhibited nationally and internationally. After graduating he spent a year in Europe, mostly traveling through Italy, visiting museums, drawing and working on farms. Following this Fenoglio spent one month in New York studying at the Grand Central Atelier. He is currently focused on pursuing a representational art practice through oil painting and drawing. While situated in a contemporary context, he draws inspiration from the natural world and art history.
